Integrated Marketing Campaign – sweepstakes, online,
print, CD-ROM and direct mail – to generate qualified
leads to Bank of America Mortgage for the recruitment a significant
number of experienced, high-volume producing Loan Officers.
CD-ROM included original video-taped interviews with top Bank
of America loan producers. The giveaway was a Mini Cooper.
Over 9,000 leads delivered, helping the bank to meet
their annual hiring goal. Campaign results exceeded industry
average response rates within the media selection. A complete
database of all respondents was developed for future use.
